Jeff Cappon

Jeff honed his analytical and financial real estate skills during his years in wholesale mortgage finance, and brings a unique understanding of the economics of real estate to his role as senior consultant at StateWide. The co-founder of StateWide, Jeff’s introduction to New York City real estate came through buying and selling properties in Manhattan, and he has assisted, advised and consulted upon numerous commercial and residential real estate transactions since. Jeff’s business experience, mastery of the fine points of real estate finance and acumen with analytical models makes him an indispensable part of our consulting team.

Jeff enjoys a simple lifestyle of reading, spending time with loved ones, and keeping good health. He was born in Williamsville, a suburb of Buffalo, and and attended State University of New York in Oswego where he earned his bachelor in Business Administration and at the London School of Economics, where he studied business and economics. He met Michael Rossi, his longtime friend and the chief consultant at StateWide, while at the London School of Economics. Jeff lives in Manhattan.
