Michael Rossi is StateWide’s managing partner, chief consultant and co-founder. Michael came to the real estate industry from the world of finance, where he managed a trading desk for a boutique hedge fund and ran client service operations for a Wall Street brokerage firm with over $600 million in assets under management. His clients have included major corporations, hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies and high net worth individuals.
During his time in the New York real estate market, Michael has been involved with virtually every aspect of the industry, from project management to developer marketing and on-site brokerage in high-end retail and commercial sales. Michael brings that multifaceted experience to bear as head consultant at StateWide, and has worked with some of the largest developers in the industry. By retaining a talented and experienced staff of consultants, as well as incorporating state-of-the-art technology, StateWide has bridged an industry gap in New York City real estate.

Michael is a native of Westchester County and currently resides in Bedford Village with his wife and son Solomon. He earned his bachelors in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego College and attended the London School of Economics and has international study and real estate-related work experience in the Caribbean, Costa Rica, and the United Kingdom.
