Ricky Lam joined StateWide as an intern in the spring of 2010, while he was still pursuing his B.B.S in Business Management at St. John’s University. Upon graduating in May, Ricky came aboard full-time as a junior associate. A licensed real estate agent with real estate experience in both New York City and his hometown of Pear River, New York, Ricky’s has a practical understanding of residential and commercial real estate. At StateWide, Ricky has specialized in development strategy building, and provides expertise in market research.
Ricky fell in love with New York City upon coming to Queens to attend St. John’s, and has made New York both his home and his passion. An ardent (and improving) home cook, Ricky also enjoys playing billiards and table tennis in his time away from the office.
