Growing up in New York, Tom has always had a passion for real estate and development. Tom followed his passion for real estate and development to Cornell University, where he earned his degree in Applied Economics and Finance with a focus on real estate. After graduating, Tom used his knowledge of the field to help create and manage a real estate company, at which he saw the real estate market from both sides while working directly with both developers and buyers. Tom has leveraged what he learned through the success of his first company as engagement manager at StateWide Realty, and has been invaluable in building StateWide as the company it is today.
After nearly a decade in the real estate field, Tom has developed both a wealth of market knowledge and an understanding of the importance of client relationships and customer service. As engagement manager, Tom brings that to bear, ensuring that projects unfold along a schedule and budget that makes sense, and working with our team of consultants to ensure that we deliver extraordinary returns.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys playing just about any sport and spending time with his family. He is very active in both his community and church, and lives with his wife in Manhattan.
